With over a decade of experience in education, Moses began his professional journey as a secondary school teacher, where he taught Business Studies and Financial Accounting. His leadership ability became evident early as he rose to serve as Head of Administration before transitioning in 2014 into the world of business, marketing, and sales to expand his impact. Driven by determination and a strong work ethic, Moses took on unconventional paths in pursuit of growth. At a defining point in his journey, he worked as an Uber driver—an experience that deepened his understanding of service delivery, customer behavior, and the value of consistency and humility in business. This phase of his life became a stepping stone into a greater opportunity, as he partnered with his current Chairman to launch a transportation business. Through dedication, strategic thinking, and operational excellence, Moses played a key role in building and scaling the venture. His exceptional performance and leadership capacity earned him progressive advancement within the organization— rising to the position of Executive Director and eventually becoming the Group Managing Director (GMD) of Robertware Limited, where he now oversees diverse business operations including hospitality, events, and lifestyle services. Beyond corporate leadership, Moses has built an impressive track record in both online and offline marketing, successfully driving the growth, visibility, and profitability of multiple products and services across Nigeria. He has also contributed to the development and execution of Go-To-Market and Route-To-Market strategies for local brands expanding into international markets. In 2017, Moses ventured into cryptocurrency and blockchain technology after undergoing specialized training. Today, he is a respected crypto coach, empowering individuals across different age groups to achieve financial independence through digital assets and smart investment strategies. Moses is deeply committed to social impact and community development. He has trained over 1,000 market women in Lagos on business growth, financial literacy, and modern marketing techniques. As an active member of the Helping Lives Initiative, he supports the disbursement of interest-free loans worth millions to underserved communities. He is also the founder of Prosperity Pacessetters Consult, an organization dedicated to mentoring teenagers and young adults towards clarity of purpose, career success, and entrepreneurial excellence. An avid reader and thoughtful leader, Moses co-authored the book Career Guide alongside Adeolu Akinyemi, offering practical insights for career growth and personal development. Moses holds a B.Sc. (Ed.) in Business Education from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, and an NCE from Adeyemi College of Education. He is also PRINCE2 certified, demonstrating his expertise in project management and execution.
